How many keyword results are considered good for SEO optimising….?

This was an interesting question that came up on our Keywords Analyzer forum that I replied to over there - and I will paraphrase my answer here: (more…)

Blog Controversy - the Ken and Rosalind show

Here’s an interesting one that just got my attention.

It seems that Ken Evoy of Sitesell fame (a very accomplished internet marketer) has just dropped an email bombshell on his unsuspecting audience entitled “Blogging is a massive mistake”.

Rosalind Gardner just mailed me scratching her head wondering why on earth he would say that - and then goes onto prove the exact opposite with real-life examples. Like how her NPT Blog gets over 2000 visitors a day.

I am not sure what got into Ken’s head to say that one - we disagree completely with him on this and side with Rosalind. Blogging puts content on the internet which in turn attracts traffic - free traffic. How anyone can say that’s a bad thing beats us.
I have a personal friend in a small-town living in the bottom of Africa whos cookery blog attracts over a thousand visitors a day. I think she would disagree with Ken as well.

Tools using Overture included such titles as our own Keywords Analyzer, Adword Analyzer, Keyword Elite and the Dowser, among others. (more…)
